iPad ChargingPlease ensure that your child is plugging in their iPad when they get home and charging it overnight. We have had an issue with a large group of learners in each class coming to school with their iPad dead. This makes charging at the same time hard and distancing even harder. We would love your help with iPads arriving at school charged. 
HEADPHONES!We have lots of kiddos who have lost/broken headphones. Please make sure that your child has a working pair of headphones for school.
Town Center Yearbooks
Our 2020-2021 Town Center Yearbook is now available for purchase. The cost is $25, and they will arrive in the spring. Click here to place your order. **Please note that the yearbook cost Is NOT INCLUDED in the TCE Trail Pass.
What are we learning?
Math: In math, we will be finishing our geometry unit. We will finish our learning on quadrilaterals at the beginning of the week and take our post test for the unit on Thursday. Friday we will review telling time to the nearest minute.
Language Arts: In language arts, we will finish our character analysis unit by analyzing comparisons between characters. We will compare personality traits, how characters react to problems, and themes among similar books. We will finish the week with our character analysis post assessment.
Science: In science, we will continue our research and learning about the relationship between the Sun, Earth, and Moon. Learners will be expected to model this relationship and movement in a video.
Social Studies: In Social Studies learners will practice using what we have learned about budget to help make decisions as they play the Game of Life! One of our DLC's created a fabulous 3rd grade economics version of this game. 🙂
