ANNOUNCEMENTS:
We
would like to celebrate our final day as third graders with a pizza party! Our
wonderful room moms are coordinating pizza and drinks.
What
we need from you: $3.00 to cover the cost of pizza, drinks, and a cookie
Please
send your child’s money by Wednesday, May 24th. We will be
purchasing cheese and pepperoni pizzas from CiCi’s. Teachers will collect the
money and room moms will deliver lunch to the classrooms on Thursday, June 1st
at 11:30.
Please look for the orange note that's coming home about what to wear and bring for Field Day this Friday! Also, please send back the Field Day permission slip if you haven't. If your child cannot swim or if you want your child to stay in the shallow end, please communicate that with your his or her teacher.
Please send back the yellow conference form as soon as possible!

Math: In math this week, our learners will be completing an End of the Year choice board project. They will be creating different projects (books, board games, presentations, etc.) to reflect on all we have learned throughout the year.
Reading: In reading this week, we will be working of Reader's Theater. It's a fun way to review concepts and objectives that have been taught throughout the year. Students will work on writing as well!
Social Studies: We will be starting our economics review.
Science: In science this week, learners will be reviewing the structures and functions of plants, as well starting their End of the Year choice board projects. In this project, students will complete various activities of their choosing that will cover everything they're expected to know about Life Science.
